Features
■ Fully-Automation: input parameters to HML system, each part of the machine automatically adjust to the required instruction.
Automatic alarm system:
■ When an abnormal air pressure / temperature / coding is detected, alarm will be activated and halting of the system will occur.
■ When an abnormal in casting card / deoxidizer is detected, alarm will be activated and the abnormal items will be reject.
■ Alarm if an absence of bag or missed open of the bag’s mouth occurs.
■ Alarm if no material, material shortage or blocking material occurs.
■ The product contact parts are adopted SUS304 to ensure sanitation and safety, meet the GMP standard.
■ Automatically reject inferior-quality product, continue to use the empty bag, save cost.
